I have provided project controls support on several multimillion dollar Engineering, procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects for AECOM Energy department, mainly on PG&E projects, such as Whisky Slough and Turner Cut. It involved rebuilding the entire gas injection and withdrawal platform by phases, including Commissioning and Startup. My support included building and maintaining cost loaded schedule with the recurring reporting to the client of Earned Value, Look-ahead, Critical path and near Critical path, Summary by Phases, by Systems, and areas using Codes; scheduling and cost analysis and forecasting using Primavera 6.7 and 8, as well as, procurement tracking, analysis, and expediting; sub & vendor tracking and reporting, claim support, Monthly Financial Forecast and Cost Tracking Portfolio.

 

•          Genentech, San Francisco, CA March, 2012 - May, 2012

   Senior Scheduler/ Planner

 

Under contract with Harvest Technical Serv., Inc., I worked for Genentech on two projects more than 500 million dollar on campus seismic upgrade and infrastructure K directive project, building an integrated schedule for Project Initiation and Conceptual Design Phases. Resource loaded schedule was baselined and progressed. The reporting included: 3 week Look-ahead 10 days back, Critical Path, Multi Float Path, Parallel Path, Earned Value, SPI, sorted by Discipline and by Stages Reports.

 

•          Sealaska Constructors, Seattle, WA Dec. 2009 – Jan., 2012

   Senior Scheduler/ Planner

 

Under contract with Projatech Inc., I worked remotely for Sealaska Constructors on several multi-million dollar U.S. government projects, such as, Cressman Dining Facility, Barksdale Air Force Base Pylon Project, and Fort Sill MATOC Project. Converted schedules to U.S Military required SDEF format. Created new schedules, cost loaded and progressed. Generated reports such as, Baseline Schedule, 3-week look-ahead, critical activities, Earned Value, Resource S-curve, Baseline comparison on regular basis.

 

•          Chevron, Richmond, CA April, 2007 – Oct., 2009

   Senior Scheduler/ Planner

 

Under contract with Projatech Inc., I worked on Chevron projects where I utilized the best practices in scheduling, applying CPDEP,  and schedule quality assurance. Worked on several multimillion dollar projects with total budget approx. $500 million; projects such as, Hydrogen Plant Replacement, and Hydrogen Purity Improvements, Power Plant Replacement (using Cogeneration), Continuous Catalytic Regeneration (Reformer Replacement), Gasoline Hydro-Treater, Hydrogen Compressor Upgrade and Tie-In. Developed fully resource loaded schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Shutdown, Startup (Turnaround), Commissioning, Distributed Control Systems. Responsibilities include project quality assurance, logic analysis, updating, reporting, and monitoring. In addition, developing and implementing scheduling standards and facilitating a unified integrated schedule for EPC by bringing together multiple contractors.

 

•          HG Engineering, Toronto, CA March 2005 – Feb., 2007

Under contract with AliZar Consulting Inc., I worked for HG Engineering. The work involved project planning, scheduling, executing, monitoring and analyzing the progress of engineering projects. Assisted manager in developing cost control procedures and reports.
