Under contract with Harvest Technical Serv., Inc., I worked for Genentech on two projects more than 500 million dollar on campus seismic upgrade and infrastructure K directive project, building an integrated schedule for Project Initiation and Conceptual Design Phases. Under contract with Projatech Inc., I worked remotely for Sealaska Constructors on several multi-million dollar U.S. government projects, such as, Cressman Dining Facility, Barksdale Air Force Base Pylon Project, and Fort Sill MATOC Project. Converted schedules to U.S Military required SDEF format. Created new schedules, cost loaded and progressed. Developed fully resource loaded schedules for Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Shutdown, Startup (Turnaround), Commissioning, Distributed Control Systems. Responsibilities include project quality assurance, logic analysis, updating, reporting, and monitoring. In addition, developing and implementing scheduling standards and facilitating a unified integrated schedule for EPC by bringing together multiple contractors.
